One of thegolf swing lessons we should learn from observing Tiger Woods through his career is not to experiment with our swing when it is winning tournaments.
Unfortunately, it is one of the golf swing lessons that Tiger failed to learn.
At the end of 2005, Tiger had already won 14 major tournaments. He only needed five more to surpass Jack Nicklaus’ 18 majors.
However, he could not leave well enough alone.
Many feel that had tiger kept Butch Harmon as his swing coach instead of changing to Hank Haney and later to Sean Foley, he would have already beaten Nicklaus’ record.
Now at 37 years of age and a swing he obviously can not depend on, what are the odds of him winning five more majors?
Tiger’s swing may not have been as perfect as he would have liked when he switched to Hank Haney but it had already won him numerous tournaments.
Who knows whether he would have beaten Nicklaus’ record had he kept Butch as his coach, but many believe that he would have.
The question is whether there are enough productive years left for him to surpass Nicklaus’ 18 majors.
I believe there is sufficient time to do so but only if Tiger is able to perfect a golf swing upon which he can rely. If so, he still has more golf skills than anyone currently on tour.
The only way he will be able to develop a repetitive swing upon which he can rely is to change from “muscle-memory” golf to Locked-In Golf™.
Locked-In Golf™ provides a process to lock-in a specific ball flight during the setup proceedings.
There are instructions to lock-in a straight ball flight during the pre-swing proceedings as well as instructions to lock-in a fade, draw, push, pull or some other desirable ball flights at http;//lockedingolf.com.
Once the desirable ball flight is locked-in, it then just becomes a matter of completing the setup proceedings, as instructed, and executing a simple golf swing.
There is no need to attempt to rely on muscle memory during the swing to manipulate the club to the desired ball flight because your club face is already locked into the desired ball flight before commencing the swing
Not only would Tiger Woods benefit by using the Locked-In Golf™ instructions, so would millions of other golfers around the world because they provide the best golf swing lessons of all.
